When can I visit?

We are open publicly at weekends. Any changes to our opening times will be updated weekly via our Instagram and Facebook platforms.

Weekday appointments to view items are available to be made via Instagram and Facebook direct messages or email and phone so if you see something you like…drop us a line!

How can I purchase?

We accept most card types in the shop as well as cash payments. If you are making a payment remotely, this can be done via bank transfer.

If you wish to reserve an item, a holding deposit of 50% of the final sale price will be offered to you on agreement of the sale. The outstanding balance can then be paid on receipt.

We operate on a first come, first served basis. Please be aware that items may go quickly so don’t hesitate to get in touch.

Collection, delivery, postal, courier?

You’ll find many of our objects are small enough to take with you. For those items you can’t quite cram in the back of the car, we offer hand delivery around Birmingham and local surrounding areas. Just let us know your postcode and a delivery quote will be offered to you. We also offer storage of sold items for up to a week post-sale, to allow for domestic logistics!

For our customers further afield, we can offer postal services for smaller pieces and couriers for the big ones. This will be discussed and arranged prior to the final sale. UK only please!

Do you buy items?

We certainly do! There is nothing we won’t consider. Just drop us a line with some pictures, the price you’re after and your location and we will get back to you. 

Viewing appointments.

We do our best to show the true colours and cosmetic appearance of every item online, but lighting conditions will vary from space to space. All items are in good working order, but it’s safe to assume there will be some age related wear, marks or scratches. Viewing appointments can be made for weekday visits, or the workshop and showroom is open publicly at weekends.

Can I refund my item?

All sales are final. If there is a problem with your order, please get in touch and we will do our best to resolve this for you.

Can I make an offer on an item?

We’re willing to negotiate on some of the pricing if the offers are reasonable. Keep in mind that we are a small business and we believe all of our objects are priced fairly to reflect their quality, as well as a reflection of the time and skills that have gone into the sourcing and restoration work.

Do you restore other items?

We don’t currently offer this service, but we may able to offer advice and point you in the right direction. Don’t hesitate to get in touch!
